If you are consistent in the gym, track your nutrition & are 100% honest about the above factors, you will get the results. I will give you the tools to make the changes & move you forward. However, you have to be disciplined and implement the changes. 

Together we will create a nutrition plan. I can calculate your calories & macronutrient split depending on the amount of detail you would like to go into. Then we can start to build a nutrition plan with foods you enjoy and fit the required calorie targets. 

The timeframe for seeing results is based upon when you want your goal & how you want to achieve it. 

For example, I can help you lose weight quickly if you drastically reduce your calorie intake and increase exercise expenditure. However, if this is not something that can easily be incorporated into a busy lifestyle & therefore we have to be more realistic with the timeframe. The smaller the changes the longer it will take, the greater the change the quicker the result will come. 

We will use a number of metrics as a way of tracking your progress. This could include a weekly weigh-in, progress pictures, food diary & a habit tracker. Smart watches are also a great way to collect data that we can use to help track progress. The more metrics we track & more detail we go into the quicker we will be able to find a structure that works for you.

If you would love to come on board but like to train with a partner or friend I do offer semi-private sessions (groups of 2-4). This is a great way to reduce the cost per individual. I can only offer semi-private sessions at certain times during the day due to availability of equipment and space. 

You do not have to sign up to a membership at the gym to train with me, however I would recommend joining as it usually works out cheaper. With joining you will then get full access to the facilities (pool, gym, sauna & steam)
